How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, go to "My Bookings" section, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap on "Cancel Booking". Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the departure time you cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method after a cancellation is confirmed. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I change my seat?
Yes, you can change your seat up to 2 hours before departure. Go to "My Bookings", select your booking, and tap on "Change Seat" to view the available seats on the bus.
How do I earn travel points?
You earn travel points for every trip you take with BusGo. The points are calculated based on the distance and fare of your trip. You can view your points in the profile section and redeem them for discounts on future bookings.
